Dear Hidden Hollow families:
We hope summer is going well for you. With June ending soon, we want to remind you about student materials that were not picked up. In these bags, one can find student awards and other great materials. We will have a pick-up of materials on Friday, June 26 from 10 am to 12 noon on tables outside the main entrance. After this time, these materials will no longer be available.
Many have concerns about the upcoming year. At this point, we are still awaiting direction on what model of instruction will be used in August. It could be normal face-to-face instruction with extra precautions for health and safety. It could also be online instruction, or even a blend of both. We will work to get you information as it comes to us from the district and state levels. Attached to this email are a list of precautions we plan to employ to keep your child safe at school.
You can plan on seeing your child’s class information on August 8 on the Skyward system.
Should school be normal face-to-face instruction again, we will need to be very careful. Any students who show signs of infection will be isolated and then sent home quickly. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU UPDATE YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACTS in Skyward to include someone local who could pick up a child. This could be a relative or even a neighbor. An explanation of how to update these on Skyward is also attached.

Estimadas familias de Hidden Hollow:
Esperamos que el verano te vaya bien. Con junio finalizando pronto, queremos recordarle sobre los materiales de los estudiantes que no fueron recogidos. En estas bolsas, uno puede encontrar premios para estudiantes y otros excelentes materiales. Tendremos una recogida de materiales el viernes 26 de junio de 10 am a 12 del mediodía en mesas afuera de la entrada principal. Después de este tiempo, estos materiales ya no estarán disponibles.
Muchos tienen preocupaciones sobre el próximo año. En este punto, todavía estamos esperando instrucciones sobre qué modelo de instrucción se usará en agosto. Podría ser una instrucción cara a cara normal con precauciones adicionales para la salud y la seguridad. También podría ser una instrucción en línea, o incluso una combinación de ambos. Trabajaremos para obtener su información de los niveles distritales y estatales. Adjunto a este correo electrónico hay una lista de precauciones que planeamos emplear para mantener a su hijo seguro en la escuela.
